We have convenient joining points for Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire
Most Vision Tours departures are available from all joining points. On some occasions we may have limited joining points or use a feeder taxi service. Please see individual tours for details. Departure times for short breaks will be advised one week before departure.

Established in 2010 Vision Tours started from humble beginnings just offering a hand full of day trips and short breaks.
Since then the company has grown steadily and expanded from Wiltshire into Somerset and continues to offer more tours to varied destinations.

Yes, provided your desired seats are not already booked. Please be aware, however, that in exceptional circumstances we may need to use a coach with a different seating configuration, in which case you will be seated as close to your chosen seat as possible. Vision Tours reserves the right to modify the seating configuration and seat layout on any coach for any day trips or tours without prior notice.
Theatre and admission tickets will be issued by the Driver or Courier on the day of travel.
Single supplements are set by the hotel, not by Vision Tours, for rooms for single occupancy. This is often because you will be provided with a double or twin bedded room for use by yourself; however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the hotels discretion. Paying a single supplement does not guarantee you a double room for sole occupancy.
Passengers are allowed to bring one medium sized suitcase each which does not weight more than 20kg. For continental holidays using an overnight hotel a small overnight bag is allowed.
Yes, all of our coaches include on board facilities.
For day trips departure times will be printed on your booking confirmation at time of booking. For tours you will be given your departure time one week prior to departure.
No, We cannot offer extra drop off points on the return journey. It is firm company policy that that passengers are set down at their original pick up point, this way it is an efficient and fair service for all passengers travelling with Vision Tours.
No, If you have been pleased with our services, you may wish to express this satisfaction with a gratuity. Since this is a matter of a private and individual nature please do this personally at the end of the tour as collections can offend other passengers. All gratuities are shared evenly by your coach crew.
We will accept lightweight wheelchairs for travel, subject to them being able to be folded and stowed away in the luggage hold of the coach. We regret we are unable to accept wheelchairs which are over 20kg in weight. We MUST be advised at the time of booking that a folding wheelchair is being taken on the trip. Some attractions may not be suitable for the disabled or passengers with walking difficulties. Contact us for further details.
All UK Tours, and Weekend Breaks charge a £80.00 per person deposit, European Tours charge a £120.00 per person deposit. The balance is due six weeks prior to departure. For day trips the full amount is payable on booking.
No. Your Balance Due Date is printed on your Confirmation. Please note that we will NOT automatically deduct your Balance from your Credit/Debit Card.
You can pay by cheque, debit card or bank transfer.
Vision Tours fully complies with the package travel regulations offering total financial security. All moneys are paid into a Trust Account under EC Directive 90314 until after your holiday to provide protection for your holiday money, in the unlikely event that VisionTours, for financial reasons, cannot carry out their obligations to you the passenger. This means that all pre paid monies to this company are held completely separate from the day to day business account. We take security very seriously, no credit/debit card details are stored on our servers.
All cancellations are strictly subject to our cancellation policy, this is because the money paid to Vision Tours may have already been used to pay our fees to hotels and attractions. Please speak to our reservations team for more information. Day trips are non refundable.
On continental holidays a valid passport is required with at least three months validity from the return date. For tours to Ireland – Irish and British citizens do not strictly require a passport to travel between the two countries. Some form of identification is however required, a driving licence, citizenship card or utility bill will usually suffice. Please note that all nationalities except Irish or British require passports.
Yes on European and Irish tours and you are responsible for arranging your own insurance. Don’t forget to pack a copy of your policy, contact phone numbers and instructions on how to claim in the unlikely event that it is necessary.
